Order preparation

Orders are usually made and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. For personalised orders requiring artwork approval, this period begins once you have approved the artwork by email.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

During busy periods, preparation may take longer. Large orders may also require additional time. We will notify you of any delay and provide an updated timescale. For large orders, please contact us before ordering so we can agree a suitable completion date.

Need your order sooner? We may be able to help. Please contact oddlygifted@yahoo.com before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

If an equipment issue or another unexpected problem affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated timescale.
