These terms apply to purchases from our online store alongside our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, available through the store’s policy links.

Orders and payment

Please check your products, quantities, contact information and delivery address before submitting an order.

Payment is required when ordering. We accept your order when we send your order confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not substitute products or change an agreed price without your consent.

Products and prices

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings can cause slight differences between displayed and printed colours. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Changes to prices or descriptions apply to future orders and do not alter orders already accepted.

Personalised products and artwork approval

You are responsible for providing the photographs, wording and other details required for your personalised order.

Where artwork approval is required, we will email you a proof before production. Please check spelling, names, dates, images and layout carefully.

Production will begin only after you confirm that you approve the artwork and wish us to proceed. Once approved, we do not accept requests to change the design or cancel the personalised order because you have changed your mind.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights. Standard products featuring our existing designs retain the applicable online cancellation rights, even if printed after ordering.

Your rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected. If the finished product does not match your approved artwork, please contact us.

Customer photographs and artwork

By supplying photographs, logos or other artwork, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for the requested product.

You give us permission to use your supplied material to prepare and fulfil your order. We will ask for your permission before using your personalised artwork or photographs in our advertising.

We may decline requests involving unlawful material or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Preparation, delivery and collection

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2 working days. For personalised orders requiring artwork approval, this period begins after approval.

Busy periods, large orders or unexpected problems may require additional time. We will contact you about delays and provide an updated timescale. Please contact us before ordering if you need a particular deadline or a large quantity.

Delivery estimates are separate from preparation time. Full details of shipping, local delivery and collection are in our Shipping policy.

For consumer orders using delivery arranged by us, goods remain our responsibility until received by you or someone you nominate.

If delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Estimates do not remove your statutory delivery rights.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy explains cancellation periods, personalised-product exclusions, return postage and refunds.

For standard products bought online, you normally have 14 days after the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return them.

Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights regarding faulty goods or goods that do not match their description.

Business and bulk orders

We welcome business, bulk and retail supply enquiries. Please contact us before ordering to agree quantities, artwork, prices and timescales.

Any additional terms for a business order will be agreed before the order is accepted. Statutory consumer cancellation rights apply to consumer purchases and do not automatically apply to business purchases.

Website use and privacy

Please use our website lawfully. Do not upload malicious software, misuse customer information or interfere with the website’s security.

Our original website content and designs must not be copied for commercial use without permission. This does not prevent you from sharing links to our products.

Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy policy.

Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform and services supporting the store. Your purchase contract is with the operator of Oddly Gifted.

Responsibility and complaints

We remain responsible for meeting our legal obligations. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a complaint, email oddlygifted@yahoo.com with your order details and an explanation of the problem. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply to consumers where they live.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when we accept your order applies to that purchase.
